Some of my meals from Spring Break! The first couple days I spent in Milwaukee with my boyfrand. I spent a day driving around, getting acquainted with the city and all its neighborhoods finally. On the way back to Waukesha (Kirk’s abode) I made a pit stop at The Green Kitchen in The Milwaukee Public Market . Got this lovely juice and salad there. Of coarse had to stop by Lululemon and Anthropologie, both within a couple blocks. Haven’t done any legitimate shopping in a while since I usually stick to the Thrift stores lately, but I couldn’t resist after just getting back from week long nanny job that got me some extra cash flowww.
Next are a couple breakfasts and a dinner fit to cure my munchies one night. The juices i made this week (including these two) were with cilantro, parsley, dandelion greens, kale, cucumber, lemon, celery, and apple. Yumm.
Actually happy breaks over so I can get back into a schedule that doesn’t involve babysitting everyday and getting nothing productive done. My birthday is in less than a month with summer only a couple weeks after! This means healthy, workout, draw, draw, draw! I’m going to attempt to start posting regularly for all the peeps who don’t follow me :)
Some shots of my trip to Jackson Hole. I traveled to Jackson, Wyoming for the first week of March with a family I babysit for. We had a blast and I enjoyed the break from classes. I read most of the Beautiful Creatures series for some easy reading. We stayed right at the bottom of the Jackson Hole. The tram literally ran right by my bedroom window! So beautiful.

I dont reblog often…But this is worth it.

Kale Chips
Greens from my parent’s garden i harvested this morning!!! We have so many, and I’m really the only one who eats them. I am going to be doing lots of juicing, smoothie making, and dehydrating this summer!
Did i mention my parents bought me a dehydrator for Christmas? I haven’t even opened yet!! It is a monster, so i am waiting for my roommate to get home to help me carry it up the stairs. I am making Kale chips tonight :)
Veganomicon cookies! yummm. I needed some chocolate goodness to help me grieve Kirk’s move.
My green smoothie today has parsley and cilantro from my mother’s garden, as well as apricots and nectarines! I LOVE SUMMER
Also some photos from one of my walks this week in the marsh!
Just a day of watering the Mauston garden, or should i say small farm? This was last friday and i am dying to go back and see how big everything is!
Some photos Kirk Benson took of me last week :)
